Risk Manager
As a child, I had dreams of becoming an engineer, but my path took a different turn in middle school when my mother, who was my math teacher, inspired me to become a teacher like her. However, as I grew older, my passion for mathematics grew much stronger.
Upon arriving in the USA, I pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from CSUSB, and a Master of Science in Mathematics from UC Riverside. I also taught several math courses at UCR during my time there.
After graduation, I transitioned into the insurance industry, where I currently work as a part of the team at Conrey Insurance Brokers & Risk Managers. Recently I deep dove into studying the art and science of insurance, earning several industry-recognized designations, and now my goal is to leverage the power of data analytics to drive meaningful change and improve people’s lives through its application in risk management.
In my free time, I enjoy playing video games, riding my motorcycles and writing some mathematical research papers.
