Of all the careers he considered, protecting people was his choice. Now Bryan Kilduff has joined our insurance team as one of our most experienced account executives.

Bryan’s decades in the industry began right out of college. He previously considered the Marine Corps, inspired by his father’s 23 years of service. While majoring in psychology at Cal State Fullerton, he also thought about pursuing that as a profession. But with his father already well established in his second career as a Farmer’s Insurance agent, by the time Bryan graduated he’d gained an appreciation for the satisfaction of serving people by helping them manage life’s risks. He joined his father’s business, and eventually took charge of the agency with his brother after his father retired.

Today, Bryan has distilled his early impressions into a personal philosophy for servicing clients. “An insurance professional is as important to an individual, a family, or a business owner as their doctor or attorney,” he says. “Through the products and services we provide, we repair or replace homes, cars, businesses, and protect our clients’ livelihoods.”

Bryan adds that “We must strive to be the best insurance professionals we can be so in turn we provide our clients the level of protection and service they deserve. When disaster strikes, our clients turn to us for help and that is why our job is so important.”

In a career that has spanned multiple significant insurance agencies, Bryan has learned virtually every aspect of the business, in roles ranging from day-to-day operations, strategic planning and employee training programs, to managing human resources.
